We want to give you the best service possible. We aim to get back to all customer enquiries submitted through our contact us form as quickly as possible. Monday through to Friday we aim to answer you within 24 hours, this excludes weekends and UK public holidays.

Sometimes we get incredibly busy, and we hope that you understand that we are doing our absolute best to help you. We kindly ask that you bare with us during these periods.

At this time we are unable to take telephone orders. If you are having trouble ordering from our website, we can happily send you a Paypal Invoice instead if you let us know what you would like to order (and provide your delivery address and contact telephone number).
